WELLNESS AND SPORT

It is suitable for athletes, musicians, sportsmen, dancers, anyone wishing to maintain and improve their muscular and motor performance, especially for children and adolescents with the aim of accompanying growth while maintaining a harmonious body. Sportspeople can reap great benefits and achieve optimal performance, especially when the sport requires speed, elasticity, speed and flexibility. For young and very young athletes, the method is essential to promote the harmonious and balanced development of the muscular system in a phase of life that is always very delicate such as that of growth. In every sporting activity, muscular enhancements are practiced, very often indiscriminate; in the young athlete, therefore, muscular imbalances may occur which should be identified and corrected when they arise to avoid potential future damage. In the training program for the application of the Bertelè method in the wellness area, a static assessment is taught by means of the objective examination and the alignment posture, and a dynamics that aims to verify motor skills (running, changes of direction, jumps , etc …). In this way it is possible to understand if athletic training respects and favors the speed, elasticity, speed and flexibility required by the type of sport practiced. Sometimes unbalanced muscle strengthening weighs down and slows the athlete down to the detriment of the efficiency of the sporting gesture and exposes him to the risk of muscle, tendon and joint damage and injuries.
